Busche Performance Group (BPG) offers precise, state-of-the-art casting capabilities that include the utilization of proprietary VRC/PRC Low Pressure and Squeeze Cast Processes. The use of innovative permanent mold and semi-permanent mold design, in partnership with our prestige casting abilities assure that we produce the lightest-weight aluminum castings possible. Our engineers have the ability to manufacture complex metal molds by the use of modern rapid manufacturing, proven technologies, and traditional craftsmanship. In addition, Busche Performance Group takes pride in our use of clean technologies, utilizing this mechanization throughout the manufacturing process. From raw material acquisition to tooling manufacturing and foundry processing, our clean technologies are always implemented and well executed.
